This resume aggregate manager (the RAM) is a highly effective tool for searching resume databases and for managing and processing the results of these queries. It is an efficiency tool capable of powerful results.

Yet, due to the advanced technology powering the RAM, there exists the possibility for utilization of the RAM for purposes of pillaging, or otherwise abusing, online resume databases. Short term abuse will limit the effectiveness of these sources over the long term, and therefore any abuse of any resume source is UNACCEPTABLE. To prevent unauthorized activity, the RAM includes the following limitations:

1. Only a RAM User with a valid login for a password protected resume database is permitted to view resumes from that site.
2. Only one concurrent login session to the RAM is permitted for each RAM User login.
3. Each RAM User may export from the RAM a maximum of 50 resumes from any one job board on any calendar day.
4. Each RAM User is permitted a maximum of 10 searches on any calendar day; the "Nightly Agents" feature runs in the early morning hours of each day and each of these searches counts towards your daily maximum.
5. A resume search will retrieve a maximum of 200 results from each resume database.

As a RAM User you recognize that these terms are subject to change, and you agree to be bound by the current User Agreement at all times.
